Plushusene in Nivå are situated in scenic surroundings right next to Teglsøen – one of the area’s characteristic clay pit lakes. They are also within easy reach of Nivå town centre, the station, schools, childcare centres and shops.
Nivå is situated on the Øresund, nestled between woodland, a river valley and lakes, yet only about half an hour’s drive from Copenhagen. In other words, here you can enjoy nature on your doorstep without having to compromise on everyday amenities and good transport links.

Nature and leisure activities right on your doorstep
The area around the Lergrav Lakes is ideal for walks and runs, offering views of the water and a varied natural landscape featuring, amongst other things, apple trees, morello cherries, sea buckthorn and wild cherries.
Nivå Strandpark, with its child-friendly beach, is about 1.2 km away, whilst Nivå Harbour is about 1.6 km away. The coast offers excellent opportunities for activities such as kayaking, windsurfing and recreational fishing. To the north lies Lave Skov, with trails for walking, running and mountain biking.
Most of what you need for everyday life is close by
From Plushusene, it is approximately 400 metres to the shops and around 1 km to schools and childcare centres. Nivå School has branches in Nivå South and Nivå North, and the private school Per Gyrum Skolen is also located in the area.
Nivå Town Centre is currently under development, with plans for new homes, shops and communal facilities designed to create a new and vibrant heart of the town.
Good transport links to Copenhagen and the rest of North Zealand
Nivå Station is situated approximately 800 metres from Plushusene and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. From here, the train to Copenhagen Central Station takes just over half an hour.
By car, it’s also just a short drive to both the main road and the Helsingør Motorway, so it’s easy to get around North Zealand and on towards Copenhagen.
